Serviced Offices
|
There are many benefits to taking a serviced office when compared to renting a traditional office.
Benefits of a serviced office
Ease of Entry: A serviced office can be taken with immediate effect. Upon payment of cleared funds and the signing of a relatively simple license agreement you could be in occupation of your new office.
Short term contract: A serviced office can be rented for a period from 1 day. Most serviced office and business centre providers will base their charges on a term of three months, with charges increasing for a term shorter than this, and with discounts negotiable as the license agreement term approaches 12 months in duration.
Flexibility of contract: Once a license is signed, if your business grows quicker than you anticipate, generally you will, subject to availability, be able to move to a larger office or alternatively acquire additional rooms within the same serviced office.
If your business does not grow as rapidly as you anticipated, subject to your agreement you will be able to take smaller space or terminate your contract usually by giving one months notice.
Limited Liability: A serviced office is an ideal place to start a new business, test a new market or open a regional office. No directors guarantees are required and there is no need to show a trading history. All that is needed is cleared funds that cover the deposit and the first rental instalment.
Low Initial Capital Expenditure: A serviced office usually comes furnished as standard, with each work station providing a desk, chair, telephone handset and filing cabinet. Serviced offices can also provide reception services where your telephone calls can we answered in your company name and the reception staff are also available to meet and greet your clients. Meeting rooms are also usually available which can be booked and paid for only when you have a need for them rather than having your own dedicated room that may be left empty for substantial amounts of time.
